As an IT Business Manager, I oversee client management with IT planning and management and service coordination for some of our clients. Provide technology guidance to clients’ IT needs. Involve additional internal resources as needed for situations with technical and business complexity. Engage regularly with client leadership to provide trusted technical advice and manage the relationship with CIT. Provide client insight to support teams for more complex client issues.

Prior to joining CIT, I was an Information specialist for an MSP and part of an internal IT Team as a System Support Specialist. I oversaw setting up, managing and troubleshooting the technology systems that a business uses to maintain computer and software networks of the companies I worked with. Held a Substation engineer Intern role with the Transmission company of Nigeria, Abuja Nigeria.

I had my bachelor’s in electrical-electronics Engineering in Caritas University Nigeria, moved to the USA and attained a master’s degree in Networking and Telecoms in Stratford University. Currently and actively certified in Security+ and CCNA.

I live in Alexandria, VA. I am a part of a church in Woodbridge, VA where I am part of the choir and an integral member of the Media team. I love to read, cook, dance and sing. I also play two instruments in the drums and the guitar. My favorite sports team is Chelsea FC.
