John Taylor is Mac Administrator at Community IT, which he joined in January 2023. John manages the Community IT Apple Business infrastructure, handling basic scripting, pushing Apps, troubleshooting and finding ways to automate solutions to business issues. John also manages patch management for all internally managed Apple Devices.
Prior to joining Community IT John was a Senior Field Associate (Contractor) handling any escalated troubleshooting tasks for the help desk at his previous employer. John handled pretty much anything IT related at a high level once it went through the ticketing process.
John Taylor is ACSP 10+ and Jamf 200 Certified. He lives in Cordova, TN, right outside of Memphis. In his free time if not with family or friends, he’s usually playing the game, going to the range, or watching movies. His daughter keeps him busy and motivated.
