Anna Zambrano joined the Community IT team as a Cybersecurity Administrator in 2023. Her primary focus is managing the KnowBe4 platform to train individuals at Community IT clients on security awareness.
Anna has a decade of broad Information Technology experience in both the private and public sectors, which includes working for two police departments as well as hands-on roles with hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity.
Anna holds multiple awards and certificates including “Certified in Cybersecurity” and “Systems Security Certified Practitioner” issued by (ISC)2, “Certified Network Security Specialist” issued by ICSI, and “Criminal Justice Information Services” certifications.
Anna enjoys various physically active adventures in her area, such as iFly, bowling, escape games, axe throwing, obstacle courses, laser tag, etc. She completed training to become a member of her local Community Emergency Response Team to assist in the event of natural disasters, fires, and medical emergencies.
