Daeshawn Aulton

Born and raised in the Washington DC area, Daeshwn joined Community IT Innovators in February 2022 as a On-Site Support Technician, where she helped end-users solve technical problems face-to-face. She has helped clients connect to email, the network, and cloud solutions, both in-person and remotely. She now holds the position Help Desk Analyst where she assists national clients remotely.

Prior to Community IT, Daeshawn worked at Amazon Data Center in Chantilly, VA, replacing server hardware components for hard drives, RAM and PSUs, and testing and replacing network cables on patch panels.

Daeshawn attended School Without Walls in DC and is currently attending the College of Southern Maryland for an associate in Computer Hardware Engineering. Daeshawn has completed CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, MOS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and  digital literacy certifications.

Outside of work, Daeshawn enjoys reading, shopping and playing games. Family and Career are important to Daeshawn.
