Topic: Crafting Your Nonprofit IT Security Policy
Date: Wednesday July 19th 2017

Note: This is a completely revised and refreshed update of our most popular webinar video on YouTube.
We all have questions on security at our nonprofit organizations. This month CTO Matt Eshleman walks you through writing or updating an official policy – the questions to ask and the main issues your security policy needs to address.

In this webinar Matt explores the nonprofit IT security landscape in 2017 laying out recent threats and trends. He takes you through a manageable outline to create or update a policy for your organization that will address different levels of access to data; confidentiality and security; emails, passwords, and 2 step authentication; and what policies need to be in place for staff devices whether yours or theirs.
This webinar is for everyone – the landscape is always changing and it is hard to keep up. We would like to share our experience with many clients of different sizes to recommend best practices and help you craft a policy that works to keep your organization safe.
