Jonathan Anderson

Jonathan Anderson is a Senior Engineer with the Centralized Services team. He helps develop and maintain internal IT systems at Community IT that secure and manage our clients’ devices. Understanding the culture of our nonprofit clients, Jon leverages his deep proficiency in Microsoft tools to support their mission. He enjoys staying up to date with new security technology, and loves supporting the partners of Community IT.

Jon is certified in various Microsoft identity/cloud technologies and continues to persue more education and experience in this field. Jon has Microsoft 365 Administrator MS 102 and SC-300 certifications. He is certified on multiple Microsoft platforms, including Entra Identify Platform, Endpoint Manager, and Microsoft Defender. Additionally, he is Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator; Identity and Services; and Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals. He is Microsoft 365 Certified as Administrator Expert.

Jon is from the Baltimore area and has a background in the wireless and mobility industry. He is thrilled to have found a place where he can work in tech while also helping the mission of our nonprofit clients. Outside of work, he enjoys learning new technologies and making music in his free time.
