Charles Jha completed his B.Tech in 2020. He has completed the Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals SC 900 certifications. His experience is particularly around helpdesk support. He enjoys interacting with people directly to learn about them and their culture, and to help them use technology as much as he can. When not working, he is a big foodie and loves to try different tastes. He loves to read and write poetry and short stories.
