Kayla Servance

Kayla Servance joined Community IT Innovators in May 2024 as a Help Desk Analyst. She has over four years of experience in on-call and remote help desk support and ten years in customer support.

Born and raised in Maryland, Kayla completed her BFA Concentration in digital media, painting and drawing in 2017 at Towson University. Kayla holds Certifications in Technical Support Fundamentals, Google Foundations in Cyber Security and Google Manage Security Risks.

Outside of work, Kayla is a painter with specialties in portraiture, landscapes and mixed media. She produces and showcases her artwork all around the DMV area and loves to travel to countries all around the world.
