Ian Lash

As Help Desk Analyst, Ian Lash analyzes and resolves client problem tickets. He builds professional and trusting relationships with Community IT clients and ensures they get competent and timely service.

Ian has over 8 years of experience in the IT profession. Prior to joining Community IT he was the sole IT professional for a medium sized subrogation firm. He has worked at large managed service providers and small software companies.

Ian holds certifications from CompTIA A+, Network + and Security + as well as an entry search engine optimization certificate from Google. He is HDI Customer Service certified. He graduated from the University of South Florida in 2008. Ian Lash lives in Tampa, Florida with his wife, 3 children and 3 dogs.
