Our Help Desk team ended the year on a very high note by receiving the Help Desk Institute team certification award.  HDI is an international professional association and certification body for the technical service and support industry.  For support teams possessing four or more members, at least 80 percent of team members must hold an HDI certification to qualify for the team award. We are so proud to congratulate our Help Desk team on this achievement, and we are committed to continuing to provide outstanding customer service and maintaining our level of certifications.

We presented the award at our holiday party – which accounts for the atmospheric light level in the photo below.   These Help Desk technicians shine no matter what light they are photographed in.   Congratulations all!
