Chase Spatenka is a Cybersecurity Analyst Tier I at Community IT. His responsibilities include monitoring security alerts, analyzing incidents, reviewing phishing reports, and ensuring client data is safeguarded through baseline cybersecurity configurations. He also supports managed backup platforms by monitoring cybersecurity jobs and performing test restores to ensure data reliability and protection.
Before joining Community IT, Chase worked as a System Administrator for an MSP. In this role, he gained valuable experience in system administration, network security, and client support, building a strong foundation in troubleshooting and delivering secure, reliable IT solutions.
Chase holds several certifications, including CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, and eLearnSecurity’s eJPT, with plans to pursue additional credentials to further expand his cybersecurity expertise.
Outside of work, Chase enjoys playing tennis, going hiking, and riding bikes.
