Henry Ho

As a Senior Help Desk Analyst, Henry Ho is responsible for the management and operations of Community IT’s service desk call center.  Henry joined Community IT in June 2007.

His prior experience includes eight years operating an academic tutoring center, three years working as an information systems technician for National Integration, and three years working as a software engineer for IdeaDavinci Labs.  Henry has a B.S. degree in Computer Science from San Jose State University. Henry enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and watching his favorite sports teams.
