James Dollison

James Dollison grew up in Pataskala, OH and now lives in Knoxville, TN. He joined Community IT in November 2022 as a Help Desk Analyst. In that role James assists clients with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

James attended South College in Knoxville TN and graduated in November 2020 with an Associates Degree in Network Administration & Security. Prior to joining Community IT, James worked at 21st Mortgage as a Help Desk Technician providing Corporate IT support to about 1200 end users. James holds CompTIA A+ certification.

Married with two children, James spends a lot of his free time with his family, having backyard fires, and playing various Super Mario games on the Switch with his son. He also enjoys going hiking.
