Tisha is a Washington DC native and has been with Community IT since 2008. As the People Engagement Partner, Tisha is responsible for Community IT employees’ professional development and culture.
Tisha’s prior work experience includes five years as the Executive Office Manager at The National Law Center for the Homeless and Poverty and five years as Human Resources Coordinator and Office Manager at The German Marshall Fund of the United States. Tisha has received certification in both Facilities Management and HR Generalist.
She is a member of Society of HR Management (SHRM) and National Association for African-Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR).
In her spare time she enjoys traveling, reading and amazon shopping as well as spending time with her family.
