Presenters:
Morgan Grady is a broker on Aon’s Cyber Solutions team in Chicago. Her responsibilities include the placement and implementation of Cyber insurance and Errors & Omissions Liability programs. During coverage negotiations, Morgan’s analytical skills and technical policy knowledge allow her to deliver on complex client engagements.
Morgan’s expertise is working with companies in the Healthcare, Higher Education, Retail, sectors. Morgan also has strong ties to the mergers and acquisitions sector within Aon.
Peter Burch, Assistant Vice President, is a broker on Aon’s Cyber Solutions team in Philadelphia. His responsibilities include the design, development, and implementation of Cyber Insurance and Errors & Omissions Liability programs. As a broker, Peter will construct the strategy for the risk transfer program, analyze an organization’s exposure, negotiate price and coverage terms, while also providing service support for the placements. In the event of a claim, Peter will also coordinate with Aon’s claims team to report matter to the insurers.
Peter’s expertise is working with companies in the Life Science, Technology, Chemical, and Retail sectors, and he has guided several companies in these sectors through Initial Public Offerings, spin-offs, mergers, and acquisitions. He also has a deep knowledge in the placement of local international policies. Peter is also a member of Aon Cyber Solutions’ Life Sciences practice group.
As the Chief Technology Officer at Community IT, Matthew Eshleman is responsible for shaping Community IT’s strategy in assessing and recommending technology solutions to clients. With a deep background in network infrastructure technology, he fundamentally understands how technology works and interoperates both in the office and in the cloud.
Matt joined Community IT as an intern in the summer of 2000 and after finishing his dual degrees in Computer Science and Computer Information Systems at Eastern Mennonite University he rejoined Community IT as a network administrator in January of 2001. Matt has steadily progressed up at Community IT and while working full time received his MBA from the Carey School of Business at Johns Hopkins University.
Matt is a frequent speaker at NTEN events and has presented at the Inside NGO conference and Non-Profit Risk Management Summit.
