Excited that MSP501 2024 Honored Community IT again.
We are again one of the only MSPs serving nonprofits exclusively to be listed.
Community IT Innovators has been listed as one of the top-performing managed service providers in the industry by the Channel Futures MSP 501. The 2024 ranked list is one of the most prestigious in the industry, around the world.
We were awarded this position through our high-quality customer-focused business model, expertise and versatility of the products that we offer, and our all-around success in providing exceptional recurring support for our customers. This honor is a stamp of approval from the community that we are among the best at what we do.
Receiving the MSP501 award also means that we are part of a community of experts and leaders, staying on top of what’s next in the industry and sharing best practices for ensuring customer satisfaction.
Community IT looks forward to continuing to assist our clients with the highest quality of service in 2024 and beyond.
Congratulations to our entire Community IT team on this achievement!
This is the sixth year we have received this recognition. Community IT is proud to be a top-ranked MSP, one of the only MSPs to receive this award working exclusively with nonprofit organizations.
The Channel Futures MSP 501 survey examines organizational performance based on annual sales, recurring revenue, profit margins, revenue mix, growth, innovation and supported technologies.
MSPs that qualify for the list must pass a rigorous review conducted by the research team and editors of Channel Futures. It ranks applicants using a unique methodology that weighs financial performance according to long-term health and viability, commitment to recurring revenue and operational efficiency.
“The 2024 Channel Futures MSP 501 winners survived a challenging market and emerged as the highest performing and most innovative IT providers in the industry today,” said Dave Raffo, MSP editor and MSP 501 project manager. “Those companies on the MSP 501 list deliver for their customers every day. These are the most innovative, driven, and successful MSPs in a fiercely competitive industry.”
“I want to thank the entire Community IT Innovators employee-owners for your hard work building and sustaining our MSP company and for your dedication to serving the nonprofit sector as one of the few MSPs to serve nonprofits exclusively. Happy that MSP501 2024 Honored Community IT for the sixth year.” – Johan Hammerstrom, CEO
Ready for IT support you can depend on?
We’ve found that many nonprofit organizations deal with more IT issues than they should have to. Resources are tight. Systems are unreliable, responses are too slow, and repairs are too expensive. Sometimes nonprofits don’t even realize how bad things are until something big breaks and their mission is derailed.
Our process is based on decades of exclusively serving nonprofits. Our technicians have certifications across all major platforms, and we constantly research and evaluate new solutions to ensure that you get cutting-edge solutions that are tailored to the needs of your organization.
We regularly present webinars at Community IT about nonprofit technology issues, and we work hard to keep our nonprofit technology community informed and engaged in best practices, including this IT support for nonprofits guide. And thank you again to MSP501 who honored Community IT in 2024.
