Community IT Attends and Sponsors GEO Learning Conference

Community IT proudly attends and sponsors conferences including the GEO Conference.
May 22-23 our Outreach and Marketing Director Carolyn Woodard attended this learning conference sponsored by Community IT. It was thrilling to learn about the work being done by these foundation members to create equity, diversity and inclusion in this sector. It was also a great chance to learn about the IT that can contribute to their work, and how best to support foundations and grant makers as they work in this field. And the keynote speakers were all excellent; Carolyn recommends this article by the final speaker Maurice Mitchell on Building Resilient Organizations, which gives so much food for thought and ideas on changing practices.
