Anna Zambrano joined the Community IT team as a Cybersecurity Administrator in 2023 and was promoted to Cybersecurity Analyst Tier II in 2024. Her primary focus is managing the KnowBe4 platform to train individuals at Community IT clients on security awareness.
Anna has 15 years of broad Information Technology experience in both the private and public sectors, which includes working for two police departments as well as hands-on roles with hardware, software, networking, telecommunications, and cybersecurity.
Anna holds multiple awards and certificates. She is ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity, an ISC2 Systems Security Certified Practitioner, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA IT Operations Specialist certified, a Certified Network Security Specialist issued by ICSI, and Criminal Justice Information Services certified. She is enrolled in a Bachelor of Science program in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, and will graduate in 2027.
Anna enjoys various physically active adventures in her area, such as iFly, bowling, escape games, axe throwing, laser tag, etc. She completed training to become a member of her local Community Emergency Response Team to assist in the event of natural disasters, fires, and medical emergencies. She is the Secretary on her community’s HOA Board of Directors and has been an ISACA SheLeadsTech Ambassador since 2020.
