Daniel Pair joined Community IT as a Help Desk Analyst in April, 2023. As Help Desk Analyst, he enjoys assisting clients with troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues as well as performing technical administrative tasks, such as setting up email accounts for client staff.
Prior to joining Community IT Daniel was a Computer Technician for AllTech Solutions for over 4 years. As an IT “Jack of all trades,” his responsibilities ranged from providing Help Desk support, On-Site support, Sales, training new employees, and more.
Daniel lives in Dothan, Alabama and enjoys gaming, watching movies, and traveling.
Daniel Pair holds an Associates of Science degree from Enterprise State Community College and is AZ900 Microsoft Azure certified.
