Rivel Koulle joined Community IT Innovators as a Help Desk Analyst in April 2019. His is currently Help Desk Coordinator, responsible for staffing and scheduling Help Desk support. He holds CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, and IT Fundamentals certifications. He is HDI Customer Service certified and an Apple Certified Support Professional. He is studying for an ITIL Certification.
Having attended a bilingual high school, Rivel is not only fluent in English and French but also has intermediate competency in Spanish.
