Community IT Innovators is happy to announce that for the eighth year in a row we have been included on the MSP501 list, for our achievements in 2026. The MSP 501 ranks top MSPs from around the world, proving we are among the best at what we do. As a 2026 winner, we’re excited to be in an industry community of leadership and excellence.
We are again one of the only MSPs serving nonprofits exclusively to be listed.
Community IT Innovators has been named one of the top-performing managed service providers in the industry by the MSP 501. The 2026 ranked list is one of the most prestigious in the industry, and around the world.
We were awarded this position due to our high-quality customer-focused business model, expertise and versatility of the products we offer, and our all-around success in providing exceptional recurring support for our customers. This honor is a stamp of approval from our community that we are among the best at what we do.
Receiving the MSP 501 award also means that we are part of a community of experts and leaders, staying on top of what’s next in the industry and sharing best practices for ensuring customer satisfaction.
Community IT looks forward to continuing to assist our clients with the highest quality of service in 2026 and beyond.
Congratulations to our entire Community IT team on this achievement!

This is the eighth year we have received this recognition. Community IT is proud to be a top-ranked MSP, one of the only MSPs to receive this award working exclusively with nonprofit organizations.
The MSP 501 survey examines organizational performance based on annual sales, recurring revenue, profit margins, revenue mix, growth, innovation and supported technologies.
MSPs that qualify for the list must pass a rigorous review conducted by the research team and editors of MSP Summit. It ranks applicants using a unique methodology that weighs financial performance according to long-term health and viability, commitment to recurring revenue and operational efficiency.

“Every year, MSP 501 recognizes the top 501 Managed Services Providers in North America. I want to thank every employee owner at Community IT Innovators for your hard work building and sustaining our company. I am especially grateful for your dedication to serving the nonprofit sector. We are proud to have been recognized since 2016 as a top MSP, and one of the only top MSPs working exclusively with nonprofits.” – Johan Hammerstrom, CEO
Robert DeMarzo, Vice President of Content, Channel Events, said of the 2026 list: “The 2026 MSP 501 winners represent the highest-performing and most innovative IT providers in the industry today. These managed service providers aren’t just keeping pace with the industry, they’re actively shaping the future of managed services.”
“The MSP 501 represents far more than a ranking—it’s the definitive benchmark for excellence in the managed services industry,” said Kelly Danziger, General Manager, Channel Partners and MSP Summit. MSP501 2026 Honored Community IT
